Blood Drive Officer
Hi everyone! My name is Lindsay Buczek and I am a biology major with a minor in criminal justice. I am graduating spring of 2019 and then I plan to attend medical school. Born and raised in Las Vegas, I am a third generation Rebel at UNLV. When I’m not in the library studying, chances are I’m either petting cats or in Disneyland. I look forward to being a part of the Blood Drive Committee and working with everyone at the drives!

Hi everyone! My name is Michael Patros, and I am a biology major with a minor in psychology. After graduating from UNLV, I hope to attend medical school. I was born in Detroit but raised here in Vegas. With that being said, I grew up playing hockey and loved the sport even before we got our record-breaking team. When I’m not focusing on schoolwork, I’ll be watching Netflix or working on my acting skills. Looking forward to seeing you all at the blood drive!
Blood Drive Co-chair
Hello everyone, my name is Fadi Azar and I am a biology major planning to graduate in the spring of 2019. After graduation, I hope to attend medical school. I was born and raised in Las Vegas, but I am the biggest Pittsburgh Steelers fan that you will ever meet. During my free time, you’ll catch me eating In-N-Out, watching any sports that are on TV, or binge watching How I Met Your Mother (the greatest show of all time). I am extremely excited to be a part of the Blood Drive Committee and I look forward to working with everybody at our drives!
Executive Board President
Hey everyone! My name is Jacob Kissman, and I am your current Vice President. I am a Pre-med, and my goal is to become a Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgeon one day. I have a passion for sports from my experiences as a kid and seeing the opportunities that sports can bring to anyone. I enjoy lifting weights, running, hiking, and playing basketball with my friends on my free time. As your Vice President, I will be the future president of AED, and I am here to make our chapter of AED the best that it can be for all of you. Please feel free to come to me with any questions, concerns, or ideas, and I am more than happy to make your experience here in AED the best that it can be.
Hey everyone! My name is Jacky Cheung and I am excited to be part of our Fundraising Committee. As the majority in AED, I chose to major in Biology and have minors in Psychology, Neuroscience, and Chinese. I may not look like it, but I was born and raised in Germany, hence the accent. Should you encounter someone of Asian descent who is able to speak German…chances are high that they are somehow related to me in one way or another. During my free time, I enjoy listening to music, watching dramas and animes. Feel free to say hi if you catch me on campus!
Hey guys! My name is Kristine Liang and I am a Pre-professional Biology major with minors in Psychology and Neuroscience. I am expected to graduate in Fall 2019 and am currently in the process of applying for medical school. I was born in China, and later moved to Las Vegas when I was 10. I am fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, and I’m currently learning Spanish. During my free time, I like to bake, watch movies and dramas, and play the piano. If you see me around, come by and say hi!
Professional Development Chair
Hey AED members! My name is Kim Inciong. I am majoring in biology and minoring in psychology. I hope to be a doctor one day. I was born in Van Nuys, California, and moved to Las Vegas when I was six years old. Hiking on the weekends, doing karate, and watching Netflix help me destress from studying. I am a food and travel enthusiast. I am grateful to be your PDC Chair. If you have any concerns about professional school, writing a personal statement, how to prepare for an interview, or just need someone to talk, I am more than happy to help. I hope to see you at future PDC events!
Executive Board President
Hi AED, I’m Natalie and I am honored to be your Nevada Beta President. I am in my 3rd of 5 years as a Biochemistry major with hopes to go to medical school upon graduation. When I’m not studying, you’ll likely find me outside hiking, at a coffee shop, or doing acro-yoga. I am very proud to have established both the annual “Rebel for a Day” Pre-Health Conference and Wellness Committee during my time as President, and cannot wait to see what more we will do. As I always say, it is my goal to help you reach YOUR GOALS! I look forward to working for you this year.
Hello AED! My name is Qiret Sultan (pronounced like “Keer-ah”). I’m majoring in Biology and will graduate in Spring of 2019. I hope to get into medical school and pursue a career specialized in women’s healthcare. On my downtime, I love binging on Netflix and getting addicted to TV shows! I’m really excited to be part of this committee and hope to meet you guys at our events very soon!
Hey AED! My name is Michelle and I am studying pre-professional biology. This is my second year of college, and I can’t believe how fast it is going by. When I’m not stressing out about school, I like to play the piano or hang out with my friends. My friends and I have a very special bond with food, so if I’m not in the library you’d probably find me at a boba shop. I also enjoy occasionally shopping away the stress of college life. I look forward to being a part of this committee and meeting you guys at our events
Hi my names Lina Chan and I’m a Biology (Pre-Professional) Major and Psychology and Neuroscience minor. I love spending my free time with my fluffy party colored Pomeranian Sparky. I also enjoy hiking and snowboarding. I look forward to meeting all of you at the events!
Hey AED! My name is Jamie and I am currently in my second year at UNLV, studying pre-professional biology. Like many of you, I plan on attending medical school after college. In my free time, when I’m not studying, I like to sleep (a lot), binge watch my favorite shows (like Grey’s Anatomy, Law and Order SVU, Friends) or go to a boba/dessert place! I look forward to being a humanitarian officer and if you ever see me on campus or if you have a food/show recommendation, feel free to say hi!
Hey AED! My name is Ivana Ganeva and I’m a Pre-Professional Biology major with hopes of going to Pharmacy school. This is my last year in college and I am very excited to be one of your humanitarian officers. In my free time, I like to stay active whether it’s with sports or dancing or just taking long walks with my twin sister, and I occasionally find myself binge watching Grey’s Anatomy! Anyways, I look forward to meeting you guys at our events!
Hey AED! My name is Eric Nguyen (pronounced like Wynn) and I’m in my second year at UNLV. I’m planning to graduate in Spring 2019, and then I’ll be heading off to medical school. Even though I’ve sold my soul to biology, so I’m always studying, I always find some downtime to hang out with my friends and play music. I’ve played the clarinet since I was in middle school and the piano since I was even younger, so music has always been my pastime. When I’m not doing any of that, it’s a safe bet that I’m either running outside or binge watching all of my TV shows (Bob’s Burgers and Rick and Morty)! If you see me around, don’t be afraid to say hi!
