Hey AED! My name is Karina Zanabria and I am a Psychology major with a Neuroscience minor. I plan on applying to medical school in the near future! You can usually find me on campus, as I am either studying, working at the legal clinic, or attending some university functions. Volunteering is my passion, as I love to spend my time with VMSN and various organizations around the valley. In my free time, I like to try unique food places around Vegas and then burn off the calories by running around my neighborhood. Hello! My name is Kadi Nakamura and I am majoring in Biology with a concentration in pre-med. I am planning on continuing on to Optometry school to become an Optometrist either with my own practice or under a hospital. I am from Hawaii and enjoy being outdoors and doing activities such as hiking, surfing, etc. I also love indulging in korean dramas and anime if I have the time. Hello everyone! My name is Kirsten Alsua & I am a pre-professional Biology Major with a Minor in Neuroscience. My ultimate goal is to attend medical school & become a physician in the dermatology field. When I’m not living in the Lied Library, I am either with my family or eating out. I work on campus as a Supplemental Instructor for General Chemistry! My creative outlet includes being a freelance makeup artist & it has made me fall in love with the concept of transformation. My love for transformation has led me to become a Fitness Instructor and Trufusion Summerlin! I truly enjoy working with and aiding in the growth of an array of unique individuals. I am bilingual, my first language is Arabic and my second is English. Outside of school, I like to watch movies, play sports (Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball), and spend time with friends and family. My family is Cuban, but I was born and raised in Las Vegas. Some of my favorite things are reading, hiking, and going to new places with my family and friends. I am very happy to be a part of the Wellness Committee and I am looking forward to planning events that better the health of our members. Hi everyone! My name is Crysty-Ann, and I’m a Biology major with psychology and neuroscience minors. Like many of you, I plan on attending medical school. When I’m not camping out in the library or eating copious amounts of SOHO, you can catch me working the front desk at the sciences advising center. I love spending time with friends and family, playing Animal Crossing, and curating an obnoxious amount of Spotify playlists. I am also a coffee and boba fiend, so if anyone would like to grab something to drink and debate about the best coffee/boba places, I’m game!
