My name is Hesam. I am a senior majoring in Biochemistry, and I want to go to medical school after graduation. In my free time, I like to play with different electronics so, naturally, I build PCs for friends and family. I’ve been fascinated with the chemistry of living organisms since I can remember so I have a lot of fun pursuing my degree and doing research, even though it gets challenging sometimes! Since I am trained in phlebotomy, I like being a part of the Blood Drive Committee as it is related to something I enjoy and it has a big impact on the community, given the frequent blood supply shortages.

Hello everyone! My name is My Tam Phan. I am majoring in biology with a pre-professional concentration. I hope to attend medical school and become a pediatrician. I was born in Vietnam and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. During my free time, I love watching Korean dramas, doing Zumba, and trying new foods with my brothers. I am excited to serve as the Dental Committee Co-Chair, where my goal is to distribute dental kits and advocate for the importance of oral health to our community. Hi everyone! My name is Milky Manmai Metharittirong, and I’m currently a level 4 nursing student. After completing my BSN degree, I plan to work as an RN to earn some experience, then attend medical school to advance my practice and become a surgeon or anesthesiologist. In my free time, I love to sing, dance, and do something therapeutic like ceramic painting and watching movies. I maintain my wellness by doing self-care, being productive, and relaxing myself. I’m honored to be a part of the AED Wellness Committee and very excited to spread positivity and promote wellness to everyone!

Hello all! My name is Nicole Pang, and I am an undergraduate student majoring in biology with a pre-professional concentration. I enjoy staying involved in the community as I conduct clinical research in an emergency room and hold teaching roles on campus. I also continue to stay active by attending group fitness classes every day as a former hurdler and soccer player. My name is Baylor Akhavan. I was born and raised in Las Vegas and one of my favorite hobbies is cooking, especially breakfast foods. During the weekends, you can often find me working with MedicWest as an EMT, where I run 911 calls, COVID testing, and vaccinations.
