Wellness Committee Officers

Committee Policies

Officer Responsibilities

  • Work closely with other committee members, E-Board, and committees to organize wellness and social events

  • A minimum six total events will be organized solely by the Wellness Committee

  • Handle social media and marketing of socials and wellness events

  • Be present during social and wellness events


Officer Rules

  • Hold and attend at least one meeting with committee chairs and members a month to discuss upcoming events

  • Delegated tasks by committee chairs should be complete in full and on time

  • Officer tasks include but are not limited to:

    • Sending Rebelmail announcements

    • Handling social media posts on social media

    • Coordinating and organizing social and wellness events

    • Email other committees and members to organize events

    • Create announcements for AED posts for members to participate and RSVP for events

    • Make announcements at meetings to increase event attendance and advertisements

  • Officers in charge of the specified event will be expected to attend and organize each event. All officers will be held accountable.

  • Members must show up to events 30 minutes before the scheduled event in order to organize and prepare accordingly

  • Each committee member will be assigned an emphasis, social or wellness, that will serve as the main event(s) of coordination for the semester
