About the event
Special Olympics will be hosting Basketball on March 8th, 2025 at Spring Valley High School.
In this event, volunteers will be involved in keeping scores, cheering on the athletes, handing them water, setting up the event, and more!
There will be two shifts, if you stay for both shift, make sure to fill that in the webste so your lunch is provided.
Through the power of sports, Special Olympics help people with intellectual disabilities discover new strengths and abilities, skills and success. Their athletes find joy, confidence and fulfillment — on the playing field and in life. They also inspire people in their communities and elsewhere to open their hearts to a wider world of human talents and potential.
