Hello AED Members,
The Lions Club has started back up their Glasses Sorting and Cleaning Events. There, the glasses that have been donated by our club members and from around the valley are sorted by volunteers to determine those that are usable or unusable, processed, and placed in inventory for distribution to optical missions around the world. There are multiple tasks to do like sorting broken glasses from the donation piles, cleaning the glasses, and inspecting/packing them. This is a great opportunity to have some low-stress volunteering.
The Event is on April 15th and starts at 9 am at New Vista Ranch at 7875 North Rainbow, which is located near Gilcrease Orchard. Please wear your AED shirt and check in with Cheyenne to make sure your attendance is recorded.
